Quality Policy of the Department of Common Courses As the Department of Common Courses, our quality policy is to provide our students with high-quality, accessible, and student-centered education in various disciplines and fields, to continuously improve teaching and learning processes, and to contribute to our university’s quality assurance system. In line with this policy, our Department adopts as its fundamental principles the coordination of second foreign language courses, Atatürk’s Principles and History of the Turkish Revolution, Turkish Language courses, and other common courses offered across the university; the use of up-to-date methods and technologies in teaching and learning processes; the enhancement of the effectiveness of assessment and evaluation processes; and contributing to the academic and personal development of our students.
